Return Time Period

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Sale or discounted items may not be eligible unless defective

Refund Process

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refund will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit (depending on availability)

Exchange Option

• You may also request an exchange within the 7-day period if the size or item is incorrect (subject to stock availability)
